Nature of the Service

Key2Luxury operates a private, invitation-only institutional framework. The Company provides a global key retrieval service, a registration and activation platform for registered instrument holders, and discretionary access to experiences that may from time to time be made available within the wider Key2Luxury framework. Key2Luxury is not a retail service, marketing platform, prize competition, raffle, or lottery.

Discretion

Participation in the Key2Luxury framework is discretionary and may be granted, limited, suspended, or withdrawn at the Company’s discretion where necessary to protect the integrity of the registry and its participants.

Eligibility

Use of the services is limited to individuals aged 18 or over who have legal capacity to enter binding agreements.

Keyholder Accounts

Registered instrument holders must provide accurate and complete information and remain responsible for activity associated with their registry record.

Key Retrieval Service

The Company facilitates the return of misplaced keys where possible. Recovery depends on third-party cooperation and therefore cannot be guaranteed. Any costs associated with the return or transport of recovered items may be borne by the instrument holder.

Experiences

Experiences may from time to time be made available within the wider Key2Luxury framework. Participation is discretionary and no experience is guaranteed or promised. Participation in any experience is voluntary and any personal costs associated with travel, accommodation, or attendance remain the responsibility of the participant. Experiences may be substituted, withdrawn, postponed, or donated to charity at the Company’s discretion.

Experience Conditions

Experiences may not be sold, transferred, exchanged, or otherwise commercialised. Any attempt to sell or commercially exploit an experience may result in cancellation and removal from the system. Experiences must
be used within any stated time period or may expire.

No Compensation

If an experience is withdrawn, postponed, substituted, or otherwise unavailable, no financial compensation, cash alternative, or like-for-like replacement will be provided.

Third-Party Providers

Independent third-party providers may deliver experiences. The Company does not control and assumes no responsibility for such providers.

Corporate Issuance

Some instruments are issued by participating institutions under separate agreements. Replacement of lost or stolen instruments is at the discretion of the issuing institution and not the responsibility of Key2Luxury.

Lost or Stolen Instruments

Key2Luxury is not responsible for replacing lost or stolen instruments. Replacement, if offered, is determined solely by the issuing institution.

Damaged Instruments

Key2Luxury accepts no responsibility for damage to instruments after issuance. Maintenance or replacement remains the responsibility of the holder or issuing institution.

Conduct

Abusive, threatening, or inappropriate behaviour towards the Key2Luxury team may result in suspension or removal from the system.

Integrity of the Framework

The Key2Luxury framework exists to support participating institutions in recognising important client relationships through the issuance of registered instruments. Global participation within the framework remains permanently limited to 200 institutional allocations. Certain rules within these Terms are designed to protect the integrity, reputation, and proper operation of the registry and the institutions that participate within it. The Company may therefore suspend or terminate access, cancel experiences, or deactivate registry records where necessary to protect the framework and its participating institutions.

Termination

The Company reserves the right to suspend or terminate access where necessary to protect the integrity of the registry or associated services.

Instrument Governance

Each instrument is uniquely issued, governed, and fully traceable.

All administrative matters, including loss, theft, damage, transfer, and reissuance, are managed exclusively through the issuing organisation.

Administrative matters are managed through the issuing institution.

Key2Luxury reserves the right to approve, decline, or condition any administrative request in order to preserve the integrity of the system.

Limitations of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Company excludes liability arising from use of the services, including participation in experiences.

Changes to These Terms

The Company reserves the right to amend or update these Terms where necessary to reflect operational, legal, or structural changes to the Key2Luxury framework. Updated Terms will apply from the time they are published on the website.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
